Cascades

Cascades is a North American producer, converter and marketer of packaging and tissue products made mainly from recycled fibres. Founded in 1964 and headquartered in Kingsey Falls, Quebec, the company employs close to 9,000 people across nearly 65 production units in North America. It is the second-largest containerboard producer in Canada and the sixth largest in North America.

The company operates three main lines of business. Its packaging solutions cover food packaging, protective packaging and e-commerce packaging. Its hygiene and tissue products serve professional and consumer markets under the Cascades PRO and Cascades Fluff & Tuff brands. Its recovery division provides recycling and waste-management services, drawing on more than half a century of recycling expertise.

Technical work at Cascades spans recycled fibre materials, sustainable materials innovation, packaging converting, tissue product manufacturing and circular-economy practices.
