PaperWorks makes 100% recycled paperboard and folding cartons for consumer packaged goods firms from two CRB mills and six converting plants across the US and Canada.
PaperWorks is an integrated full-service provider of recycled paperboard and specialised folding cartons, founded in 2008 and headquartered in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. The company supplies packaging to consumer packaged goods firms across North America, with particular exposure to the food, beverage, personal care, healthcare and home care sectors. Its operations combine paperboard manufacture with downstream converting, an arrangement that keeps much of the production process in-house.
Production is concentrated in two coated recycled board (CRB) mills, located in Indiana in the United States and Ontario in Canada, alongside six converting facilities spread across the two countries - at least eight manufacturing sites in total. Technical work at these plants spans recycled paperboard manufacturing, CRB production and folding carton converting. All paperboard produced by the company is made from 100% recycled content.
Three product brands carry that recycled proposition: MasterWorks, GreenChoice and UltraShield, each specified at 100% recycled content. The company holds Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification and certification from the 100% Recycled Paperboard Alliance, reflecting a stated focus on helping brands lower the environmental impact of their packaging.
