Novolex is a packaging manufacturer headquartered in North America, producing plastic films, paper products, molded fiber and aluminum containers for the foodservice, restaurant delivery, grocery retail and industrial sectors. Founded in 2003 as Hilex Poly and later renamed, the company employs more than 23,000 people across over 100 facilities, and reports annual revenue of approximately $9 billion. Its operations produce some 39,000 SKUs spanning 120 product categories and 250 brands.
The scale of the business creates work across manufacturing and plant operations: production of plastic film, paper converting, molded fibre forming and aluminium container manufacture, alongside the maintenance, quality and technical roles that support such sites. Growth has come through strategic acquisitions as well as customer focus, most notably the landmark combination with Pactiv Evergreen in 2024. The company has been led by chairman and chief executive Stanley Bikulege since 2008, when revenue stood at $400m.
