DXS (Direct Expansion Solutions), operating as HTS Engineering Ltd. (DXS), is the exclusive manufacturer's representative for Daikin's VRV/VRF air conditioning and heating technology across North America. Founded in 2007, the firm concentrates solely on air-source heat pump technology, a specialisation it maintains across its entire product and service portfolio.

The company's work spans the full project lifecycle. Its teams handle HVAC system design and estimating, commissioning and start-up, ongoing training and preventative maintenance. Equipment represented ranges from single head split heat pump systems for single-zone applications to large-scale Variable Refrigerant Volume/Flow installations built on Daikin VRV technology, with supporting ventilation and Indoor Air Quality systems supplied alongside heat pump projects.

DXS operates from 12 offices across the United States and Canada, covering markets including Austin, Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth and San Antonio in Texas; Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island in New England; and Toronto, Ottawa/Sudbury, London, Kitchener and Hamilton in Canada.
