Greenfield Global Inc. is a privately held manufacturer and supplier of high-purity alcohols, specialty solvents, custom blended solutions and renewable energy products, and is the largest manufacturer and distributor of high-purity alcohol in North America. Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, the company delivers more than 800 million litres of product a year to customers in over 50 countries, spanning the life sciences, food and beverage, personal care, industrial and renewable fuels sectors. Its alcohols are produced to USP, EP, JP, ACS and FCC standards.

The operating footprint comprises five industrial distilleries, four manufacturing and packaging facilities and nine bulk distribution locations across Canada and the United States. Technical work spans industrial distillation, chemical blending and packaging, anaerobic digestion and waste-to-energy conversion. At its Varennes, Québec facility, the company runs one of North America's largest anaerobic digestion plants, converting municipal organic waste into renewable natural gas.

An in-house team of researchers and engineers is developing green hydrogen, green methanol and sustainable aviation fuel. Operations are held to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, EXCiPACT, FSSC 22000 and GMP requirements, among other standards. The company has been privately held for more than 35 years and reports a customer Net Promoter Score of 83 and a global customer retention rate of 96%.
