Tandem Trans Solutions Inc.

Tandem Trans Solutions Inc. is a transportation staffing and driver recruiting company that connects vetted professional drivers with transportation and trucking companies across North America. The firm works with clients of all sizes and draws on expertise in the Canadian trucking industry, with a service footprint covering Canada and the wider North American market.

Its services span driver placement, short-term driver coverage for companies with fluctuating staffing needs, and long-term driver placements. Every driver is vetted before placement to ensure they meet standards for punctuality, safety and customer service, and placements are matched to the client's operational challenges, schedule, culture and workflow.

The company operates in the trucking, transportation and logistics sectors and provides 24x7 support to its clients. It describes itself as a close-knit organisation that prioritises genuine relationships over transactional recruiting, treating each placement as a partnership, with consistent communication and a sense of urgency.
