Canadian agribusiness handling grains and oilseeds, with divisions in oilseed processing, oat milling, malting, food ingredients and pasta manufacturing across 100+ locations.
Richardson International is Canada's leading agribusiness and a global handler of Canadian-grown grains and oilseeds. Founded in 1857, the company employs more than 4,000 people across more than 100 locations, with operations in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. Its work spans grain handling and marketing, oilseed processing, milling, malting and food manufacturing - operations that rely on skilled trades, plant operators, maintenance technicians and processing staff.
The company is organised around six divisions. The Agribusiness division handles, markets and originates grain and oilseeds through partnerships with growers across the Western Canadian Prairies. The Oilseed division manufactures canola oil products for global markets, while the Milling division operates as an international oat miller. The Malting division supplies the brewing and food industries; Food & Ingredients produces food products and ingredients; and the Pasta division runs pasta manufacturing operations.
Richardson has maintained grower relationships on the Prairies since 1857 and has expanded and reinvented its business over more than 165 years. Its operations move Canadian crops from farm to international markets and kitchens worldwide, covering the full chain from origination and handling through processing and ingredient production.
