Northview Residential REIT is an internally managed, traditional open-ended real estate investment trust that acquires, owns, and operates multi-residential and commercial properties across Canada. Founded in 2023, the REIT runs its portfolio directly, with day-to-day responsibility for maintaining and operating apartments, townhomes, single-family rental units, and execusuite accommodations, alongside office, industrial, and retail space.
The portfolio spans more than 14,600 multi-family suites and execusuites and 1.25 million square feet of commercial property, on an asset base of $2.6 billion. Its holdings extend across nine Canadian provinces and two territories, with a focus on secondary markets characterised by strong rental demand and high barriers to entry.
