DNM Group is a full-service multi-trade contractor serving Sault Ste. Marie and the Algoma District of Northern Ontario. Founded in 1994 by Gabe Giulietti, the firm began as a one-man plumbing operation run out of a pickup truck. It is now a growing team of certified journeymen and apprentices, supported by a growing fleet of service vehicles, and describes itself as the only locally owned and operated full-service multi-trade contractor in its region.
The company's work spans plumbing, HVAC, heating and cooling, construction, excavation and renovation, with construction management among its capabilities. It is organised into four divisions: DNM Plumbing & Heating, DNM Heating & Cooling, DNM Contracting and DNM Construction Management. Projects cover residential, commercial, industrial and municipal clients.
For tradespeople, the firm employs certified journeymen and apprentices and invests in apprenticeship programmes to develop the next generation of tradespeople. Its stated core values are safety, integrity, teamwork, continuous improvement and accountability. Locally owned and operated, the company describes itself as rooted in the community it serves and as a supporter of local infrastructure.
