Cerelia Bakery Canada LP is the Canadian arm of Cérélia, a manufacturer of ready-to-bake refrigerated doughs and bakery products founded in 2012. The group produces doughs for tarts, pizzas and viennoiseries, alongside pancakes, waffles and cookies, supplying own brands, private label, industrial and foodservice channels. Technical work centres on refrigerated dough production, ready-to-bake dough technology, bakery and pastry manufacturing, and private label manufacturing.

Production spans 16 sites across eight countries - 12 in Europe and four in North America - and products reach consumers in more than 50 countries. The group employs 2,000 people and draws on more than 40 years of accumulated industry know-how, having grown from its 2012 founding to a global leadership position in just over a decade, through organic growth and acquisitions. Brands in the portfolio include JusRol, English Bay Bakery, Croustipate, Jan, Pop! Bakery and Crêapan.

Cérélia was founded in France and retains local roots alongside its international footprint. The company operates an unusual ownership structure: 70% of its 2,000 employees are shareholders. Corporate social responsibility is embedded in strategy across four areas - reducing industrial footprint, engaging people, responsible sourcing and addressing consumer preferences.
